Wayfinder - The Lost Valley - Part 2

Worldbuilding, Lighting (Unreal Engine).

The Lost Valley is a cut area that was meant for when Wayfinder had a Neighborhood feature : people could have owned and customized their own houses, on plots of land close to their friends or guild, inside this map.

This is a more idyllic place, in contrast to the rest of the game, and I really enjoyed working on it from A to Z, trying to imagine how future players would feel in this place they could have called home.

Building these scenes is only possible because of the great work of our 3D Environment Art team and our outsource partners. I use the assets and modules provided by the team to create the architectures and compositions in the levels, so big thanks to all the team behind!!!
